Alan Bernstein is responsible for the financial underwriting of investment opportunities that the Company​ pursues.​ He manages and collaborates with employees and third-party agents in all aspects of the leasing and acquisitions efforts the Company undertakes.​ He received his B.A. from Tufts University with highest honors and previously worked at Apollo Global Management in its Real Estate Private Equity group.​

Max Harris is responsible for all hospitality operations at the Lever House & Club. He has over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience at hotels such as the Four Seasons New York, Crowne Plaza Times Square, The Plaza, Conrad New York Downtown, and Marriott Marquis, in addition to opening Convene’s largest event space. Mr. Harris’ most recent role was with Union Square Hospitality Group & Events acting as the Senior Director overseeing their newest and largest projects. He holds a B.A, in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Tina Pan is a property controller with over 15 years of experience, specializing in residential and commercial real estate accounting. Previously, Ms. Pan served as property controller at L&L holding company responsible for all aspects of property accounting month-end close process, financial operations and financial reporting for class A assets. Ms. Pan holds a B.S. in Finance from Bently University.

With over 35 years of experience in high-rise real estate development and property management, Dom Rauccio brings a proven track record in managing complex projects and assets. Before joining Waterman Properties, Mr. Rauccio served as Vice President of Platform Project Management at Hines, where he oversaw more than 10 million square feet of development and property management throughout his career.

Lauren Sattler joined Waterman Properties in May 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.  Ms. Sattler started her career in public accounting with a focus on real estate.  In 2010 she left public accounting and started working at Brookfield Properties.  Prior to joining Waterman Properties, Lauren was CFO at The Hampshire Companies.

Jonathan Stennett joined Waterman Properties in November 2023 as Assistant Property Manager. Since joining Waterman Properties, Mr. Stennett has assisted with overseeing two Class A properties on Park Avenue. With over 5 years of experience in the industry with CIM Group and LeFrak, he has held prior management roles of commercial assets including 40 West 57^th Street and The Watchtower.

Diann Taylor oversees the day-to-day financial accounting operations of all assets and is responsible for the​preparation of annual budgets and monthly management reports.​ She was previously with Tishman Speyer Properties and Colliers in their accounting departments.​

Ms. Taylor received a B.A. in Accounting and Business Practices from Herbert H. Lehman College.​ She joined Waterman Interests in 2011 and has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience.

Thao Tran is the Senior Property Manager overseeing the operational and financial management of Lever House, one of New York City’s most iconic landmarks.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry with Tishman Speyer and Paramount Group, Ms. Tran has demonstrated expertise in sustainability, tenant relations, and innovative property management strategies. Prior to joining Waterman Properties, she held management roles that involved complex commercial properties including 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 600 5th Avenue, 610 5th Avenue, 620 5th Avenue, CitySpire, and 1325 Avenue of the Americas.

Stephen Tsamblakos is an Investments Associate at Waterman Interests, supporting the firm’s acquisitions, leasing, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Waterman, Mr. Tsamblakos was a Senior Analyst at Newmark. Mr. Tsamblakos graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Economics and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Simon Wasserberger has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Waterman Interests, Mr. Wasserberger was responsible for overseeing all of Blackstone’s office investments in the Eastern US. His career includes leading major redevelopment projects in New York, Seattle, Washington DC, and other major markets.

Philip “Tod” Waterman is the Founder and Managing Member of Waterman Interests, LLC. He has been in the​commercial real estate business for over 30 years.​

He was formerly a Partner at Tishman Speyer and the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Reckson Associates Realty Corp. (NYSE: “RA”).​

Mr. Waterman founded Reckson’s New York City Division in 1999 and was responsible for all aspects of its New York City business until the Company was sold to SL Green in January 2007.
