Philip Waterman III
Philip “Tod” Waterman is the Founder and Managing Member of Waterman Interests, LLC. He has been in thecommercial real estate business for over 30 years.
He was formerly a Partner at Tishman Speyer and the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Reckson Associates Realty Corp. (NYSE: “RA”).
Mr. Waterman founded Reckson’s New York City Division in 1999 and was responsible for all aspects of its New York City business until the Company was sold to SL Green in January 2007.
