Stephen Sgarlato
Stephen Sgarlato assists in managing the day-to-day operations of 444 Madison Avenue, and Long Island City assets – 2100 49th Avenue & 21-10 51st Avenue. Mr. Sgarlato started his career with Vornado Realty Trust in 2019 at 40 Fulton Street in the Financial District. Since his start he has assisted the management of over 2 million square feet of commercial property which includes the landmark Farley Building and Fuller Building. Mr. Sgarlato joined Waterman Properties in August of 2023.
