In March 2014, the Company formed a strategic venture with JP Morgan to oversee all aspects of property management, leasing, accounting, compliance, and reporting for this 600,000 square-foot office building. In April 2015, the Company negotiated a buy-out of an underperforming retail tenant and simultaneously executed a new lease with a food-and-drink operator, increasing income by $1 million per year. In 2019, we renewed the 250,000 square-foot Macquarie lease, eliminating a potential 50% vacancy in the building.
